Auburn may appeal ruling in crash that killed six

The Washington State Court of Appeals has rejected the City of Auburn's attempt to hold a passenger responsible, as an accomplice to drunken driving, for the state's deadliest single-car accident The Court ruled that the passenger cannot be held responsible because she was one of the victims.
