I started off by researching a couple firms, and making initial contacts. These preliminary contacts with other firms went unanswered, for some time. The first time I called Simon, he answered his phone. It was after 5:00 p.m., on a Friday, and Mr. Stocker was on the job. It was very reassuring.

At our first meeting he was forthright in explaining my situation, and was also upfront about his fees. He explained his credentials, took some extra steps to look into my Court history, and took care of a traffic ticket connected with my case, on his own initiative. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy were apparent in this first meeting. These qualities remained constant through out our case.

In our next meeting we went over the incident, and obtained the necessary facts to move forward. Mr. Stocker was candied about the issues, explained what he was going to do, and completed the necessary paperwork so we were ready to defend the case. He kept me informed of the process, and my responsibilities. His diligence was again reassuring.
