I recently found myself in s tough situation being charged with a DUI after being stopped and having a fairly high BAC. I am a professional and generally a good citizen and this was very stressful situation for me. I was in a very tough place and scared of what my future was going to look like facing this charge. I started off by researching a couple firms, and making initial contacts. These preliminary contacts with other firms went unanswered, for some time. The first time I called Simon, he answered his phone. It was after 5:00 p.m., on a Friday, and Mr. Stocker was on the job. It was very reassuring.

At our first meeting he was forthright in explaining my situation, and was also upfront about his fees. He explained his credentials, took some extra steps to look into my Court history, and took care of a traffic ticket connected with my case, on his own initiative.
